This course offers evidence-based, honest antenatal education designed to empower you with knowledge and confidence. As a Midwife and Hypnobirthing Specialist, I believe that knowledge is power and my goal is to ensure every client leaves feeling informed, supported, and confident in their birth choices. You'll learn practical tools and techniques to help you feel calm, prepared, and in control as you approach your birth journey.
