Description
Bump & Beyond sessions are designed to empower women to stay active during pregnancy and after birth with elements of how to exercise with your baby as they grow.
Sessions:
Monday Evening - 6-7pm - Pre natal (pregnant mums)
Wednesday Morning - 9:30-10:30am - Post Natal ( With baby in arms)
What will sessions look like?
There will be a maximum of 12 participants in each session, we will have equipment, however, if you would feel more comfortable to bring your own mat please feel free.
We’ll start with a gentle warm up and then work through appropriate exercises:
Pre -natal
- Pilates exercises to keep your core strong and supporting you and your growing bump
- a circuit based workout so you can work at your pace aimed at keeping you comfortable and strong during your pregnancy.
- cooldown and stretch
Post natal
- Pilates exercises to regain your body awareness and strength post delivery. Helping you reconnect with your core post delivery and care for your back
- Working with baby we’ll complete strengthening exercises to improve your confidence to do exercises at home
- Cooldown and stretch to address areas worked and any aches and pains
Session Cost?
Each session costs £4. You can either book for the whole block of sessions, or pay on the day. Your first session will be Free of Charge.
