At Yoga Bright, I create a nurturing, supportive space where you and your little one can grow, connect and thrive. With over 1000 hours of specialist training and a trauma-informed approach, my classes blend traditional yoga with modern perinatal wellbeing, designed to meet you exactly where you are – whether preparing for birth, recovering postnatally, or playing and moving with your baby.
🤰 Pregnancy Yoga
Gentle, empowering sessions to ease aches, boost energy and prepare body and mind for birth. Learn breathing, movement and relaxation practices while connecting with other mums-to-be.
🤱 Postnatal & Parent and Baby Yoga
Restore, rebuild and reconnect after birth. These classes focus on core recovery, easing tension and improving posture while embracing the realities of life with a baby – feeding, changing and fussing included. Sessions are full of laughter, songs, baby massage and playful interactions that strengthen your bond and support your baby’s development.
👶 Adventurous Baby Yoga
For rolling, crawling or toddling babies, these lively sessions encourage natural development through yoga-inspired movement, songs and games. Build your baby’s confidence, balance and coordination while enjoying interactive, playful fun together.
💫These aren’t just yoga classes – they’re uplifting, community-centred experiences, infused with compassion, joy and expert knowledge. You’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to yourself, your baby, and a like-minded parent community.
Mats all provided so just bring something to drink and a blanket for baby (if a baby class and maybe some toys for the older baby class)
