Description
This is a time when you need caring for the most, yet it’s also a time when finding any time for yourself is incredibly challenging. This class is a gentle reintroduction to movement after birth, to help you reconnect with your changed body and also gently build strength and confidence, all with your baby by your side.
Each class ends with tea and biscuits, and is as much about community and support as it is about yoga.
Please bring a yoga mat, water and something for your baby to lie on.
6 weeks post vaginal birth, 10 weeks post c-section.
Up to just before your baby has started to crawl.
There is easy access as everything is on the ground floor.
There is free parking in the small car park behind the hall, and also on nearby roads.
