A gentle, nurturing space to support you through every stage of motherhood β from pregnancy to life with your little one.
During pregnancy, we move mindfully to release tension, connect with your breath, and prepare body and mind for birth. After baby arrives, classes evolve into Mum & Baby Yoga β helping you rebuild strength, ease postpartum aches, and bond through playful movement, songs, and relaxation.
Each session offers a calm, supportive environment where you can slow down, reconnect, and share this journey with other local mums.
π No previous yoga experience needed β all trimesters and postnatal stages welcome.

β’ Mum & Baby Yoga - from 6-8 weeks (vaginal births) | 10-12 weeks (c-section births).
β’ Bring your own mat; all other equipment will be provided.
