Yummy Mummy’s and Little Bunnies CIC (YMLB CIC) offers fun, inclusive fitness sessions for mums in South Liverpool, promoting physical health, wellbeing, and social connection. Mums can focus on their fitness while their little ones are cared for nearby in our visible crèche.

Our Combined Fitness & Stay and Play Sessions include energising workouts for all abilities, led by experienced instructors. Babies and young children are looked after by qualified and experienced volunteers, including parents and grandparents with hands-on childcare experience.

After the session, families enjoy a relaxed Stay and Play with free tea and coffee, giving parents the chance to connect, socialise, and build supportive networks.

These sessions help mums stay active, boost energy, and improve wellbeing, all while children are happy and safe nearby. Whether returning to fitness after pregnancy or looking for a friendly, welcoming space, YMLB CIC provides the perfect environment. At Yummy Mummy’s, our main focus is giving parents the chance to enjoy fitness sessions with a safe, friendly crèche for their little ones. This is your time to focus on your wellbeing while we care for your child. Please book in advance and remember our 24-hour cancellation policy – if you cancel late or don’t attend, you will still be charged. Always tell the instructor about any new injuries or health changes before taking part. Every parent must complete a registration form so we know about your child’s allergies, snacks, and if we can take them to the toilet or change nappies when needed. Our venues have pram and wheelchair access. Please stay home if you or your child are unwell, and always treat others with kindness and respect.
