The specific principles of exercising will help you experience a joyful, pain-free pregnancy, and serve as a prehab for an easier postpartum recovery.
Postnatal Yoga is your time to gently nurture and nourish your body, mind, and heart in a supportive environment, meet your evolving body with love and care, and relax. Curated for mums 6 weeks+ postpartum, this gentle and empowering practice focuses on postpartum recovery, rebuilding and strengthening the connection with your deep core, and promoting healing and integrated well-being without the sense of hurry.
