Starseed Offerings is a new wellness community rooted in South Norwood, offering weekly classes and monthly therapies designed to bring people together through sound, movement, yoga, and meditation.

Our mission is simple: to create accessible, heart-led spaces where people of all ages and backgrounds can reconnect with themselves, each other, and their local community.

✨ Weekly Classes at Stanley Arts
🌸 Baby & Bump Soundbath – a gentle sanctuary of sound for parents, expectant mothers, and pre-crawling babies.
✨ Movement Meditation – Embody & Express – a midweek reset through guided movement, shaking, and creative play.
🌙 Rest & Resonate – Restorative Yoga & Soundbath – deeply restful postures combined with crystal bowls and gongs.

Each session is beginner-friendly and inclusive, with ticket tiers to support accessibility: Standard (£11), Low-income (£8), and Supporter (£13).

✨ Monthly Clinic at Laura Ryan Therapies
Alongside classes, Sasha offers 1:1 Reiki and Sound Healing at a discounted clinic rate once a month in South Norwood.

🌿 About Sasha
Led by Sasha Jacques — founder of Starseed Offerings, Master Sound Healer, yoga teacher, and community space-holder with 20+ years of professional experience in music, movement, and wellbeing. Sasha has taught in schools, communities, care homes, and festivals, appeared on BBC Morning Live, and brings deep care to every class and session.

📍 Location & Access
Stanley Arts is a much-loved cultural venue on South Norwood Hill, close to Norwood Junction station. The building is accessible and pram-friendly, with baby changing facilities. The Society Room (for Baby & Bump) is on the right-hand side of the building; the Assembly Hall (for evening classes) is on the main level.
