About
I am a qualified Pre and Postnatal specialist and a decade worth of experience training women to become fitter and stronger, including during the postnatal period.
As well as working with women throughout pregnancy, and after, I also have two young children myself, so can totally relate to all the new mumma sleep deprived vibes!
