TALK AND MOVE

The Talk & Move Programme develops children's speech, language and communication skills through movement. Co-ordination, balance, language, phonological awareness and emotional regulation are the foundations of speaking, listening and pre-literacy skills such as reading and writing. Children learn best when they are having fun moving. The course covers movements that both energise and calm children, parents and preschool staff are able to use these moves to help their children to regulate their emotions.
