Positive mindset journey + how to enjoy labour
Up breathing and down breathing
Acupressure, massage + aromatherapy
Active birth, rebozo + optimal baby positions

SESSION 3: 7-9pm by Zoom
Special circumstances, communication, choices, interventions + navigating the NHS

SESSION 4: Thursday 7-9pm by Zoom
Mums social, bring your dinner, and get to know the other Mums in the group

6 hours of profound preparation for matrescence and life after birth
SESSION 5: 7-9pm by Zoom
Making a practical plan for the first 40 days after birth including sleep, newborn care, and physical healing

We also explore the seminal life changes of matrescence.
