My name is Katie, I am a mother of three beautiful children and a qualified instructor in infant massage and song & story massage. My heartfelt aim is to help give some wonderful techniques and guidance to enhance connection and well-being through positive touch and mindfulness. My journey into the world of massage instruction began with my own children, as I experienced first-hand the benefits of nurturing touch in their early years. This practice not only fosters a deeper connection between caregiver and child but also promotes emotional well-being and physical comfort. I believe that as caregivers, we can navigate through paths filled with ups and downs, my classes can help to promote calmness, forge stronger bonds and cultivate an environment of love and connection where we can thrive together
