There is no free parking nearby but several paid car parks. The closest car park is the Patchway Car Park, but you can also park near Stanmer Church. You can walk to Stanmer Wellbeing Gardens from Falmer station, which is on the Brighton to Lewes train line. The walk takes approximately 30 minutes. Route here.
