Good To Know

There is free street parking around the Mill on Gisburn Road, a paid car park (Malt Kiln - £1/£2) opposite next to the Bridge pub, and you can park in Booths for free for 2 hours. When you arrive, go in through the small door at the front of Higherford Mill. You can leave prams in the Mill on the lower floor and use a carrier, or you can take prams up in the lift - Nancy will be around to greet you. If using a carrier, go up both sets of stairs and we're on the second floor. There are some toilets on both the first floor and the second floor. Baby change on the second floor.
