An open and inclusive space for babies and children of all ages and their grown-ups to explore and connect through dance, and mostly to have fun! Playful and energetic children’s classes in east London and beyond, combining contemporary dance with yoga.

Our popular Baby Dance classes invite caregivers to come along and dance with their babies (slings not essential). No baby music, just fun, uplifting tunes and a chance to dance, while the babies enjoy the movement.

Our kids classes offer a fun introduction to movement where children are encouraged to explore and express themselves in a warm and supportive environment.

Sessions include warm-ups to music, gentle stretching, storytelling and adventures, imagery, games, dance techniques and lots of opportunities for children to create their own movement.

And our adult dance classes explore the fluidity and creativity of contemporary dance.
