Welcome to Antenatal & Beyond!

At Antenatal & Beyond, I believe that every pregnancy and birth should be a positive and empowering experience. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and support to expectant parents and their families.

I run small group antenatal classes, aiming to create a cosy and friendly space where we can explore birth preparation together in a safe and trusting environment. You can meet like-minded local parents and share the journey together.

My courses are run across two Sunday afternoons 1-6pm (check below for upcoming dates) so you can truly immerse yourself in these dedicated sessions offering an alternative to weekday evening classes.

Course Details

Welcome Call

A 1:1 conversation via Zoom or phone to meet you prior to the course, get to know your story so far and find out how I can best support you during classes.

These will take place during evenings and will be arranged with you once you book.

Antenatal Preparation - Session 1

Five hours focusing on pregnancy, labour and birth.

We will learn about the physiology and hormones of labour, birth environments, birth positions, the role of the birth partner and how we might prepare for the unexpected.

Postnatal Preparation - Session 2

Five hours focusing on the fourth trimester and what to expect following birth.

This session includes practical baby care, supporting mental health, and feeding choices. There will be WhatsApp groups to help you stay connected and an option for a postnatal meet up.

... & Beyond

1 hour postnatal confidence boosting session to help support you after the birth of your baby/babies. These are arranged on a 1:1 basis after your birth.

Classes cost £250 per couple. This includes the welcome call, two x 5-hour in person sessions and the postnatal confidence building session.

I reserve one space on each set of course dates for a 'pay what you can' family to help make my classes accessible to all.
