APOLLO TOTS

Apollo Tots are unique and exciting preschool gymnastics classes, with a particular focus on developing skills for trampolining.

Tiny Tots is for first steps up to 3 years. Through a combination of free play and coaching, toddlers learn their very first gymnastics skills and have an early introduction to trampolines.

Through themed warm-ups and songs, toddlers are encouraged to develop their language and cognitive skills.

Apollo Tiny Tots builds physical and social confidence, while developing balance, strength and proprioception.

Classes adhere to British Gymnastics preschool policy.
