Once you are pregnant, you can join our gentle, water-based exercise classes at any time after your first scan. These classes are specifically designed for all stages of pregnancy, allowing you to enjoy them throughout your entire pregnancy journey.
In addition to the physical benefits, these classes provide a wonderful opportunity to meet other expectant mothers.
