We know it can be tough to find time for yourself when you’re juggling busy schedules and caring for your little one – that’s why our Family Dance and Movement class is the perfect solution. It’s a fun, active way for you to stay fit, be creative, and connect with your child.

This class is designed for parents and caregivers who want to get a good workout in while having fun with their little ones, aged 0 – 5. Wear your exercise clothes, bring your water bottle, and get ready to move to the beat! No dance experience needed, just a positive attitude and a love for staying active with your child.
