AURORA YOGA

Based in Brighton and Hove these class take place weekly at venue such as Rockwater Hove, Yellowave Hove and Flow State Hove.

A beautiful and relaxed way for you to connect with your Baby. We will use Yoga to stretch and strengthen the body in a kind and supportive way.

You can do as much or as little movement as you like dipping in and out, if you need to feed or cuddle your little one. It's all welcome.
