AURORA YOGA

Based in Brighton and Hove the class take place weekly at Rockwater Hove.

A beautiful and relaxed way for you to connect with your Baby. We will use Yoga to stretch and strengthen the body in a kind and safe way. You can do as much or as little movement as you like. Please know you can dip in and out if you need to feed or cuddle your little one. It's all welcome.

Remember this is your special time together. Please bring a Yoga mat for you and a blanket & toys for your baby.
