Description

A lovely friendly and relaxed 5 week course learning reflexology techniques and tools to aid your little ones wellbeing.

Each week learning new techniques and ways of helping to aid your baby's wellbeing.

Includes a reflexology pack :

- Colour information sheets

- Colour hand & foot reflexology charts

- Mini Oil

- Completion certificate

Reflexology can release tension, aid sleep, improve mood, enhance wellbeing and provide relaxation.

The course is run by myself, Kate Francis. I am a level 5 Reflexology practitioner and a Gentle Touch Baby and Children's Reflexology Practitioner and Instructor.

I am fully insured and hold a current DBS.
