Breathe Melodies for Mums is a FREE, research-based singing programme designed especially for new mums who may be feeling low, anxious, or simply in need of a lift.

Led by warm and welcoming professional singing leaders, our weekly sessions offer a joyful, creative space where you can connect, breathe, and be yourself — no singing experience needed. Just you, your baby (aged 0–9 months), and a group of other mums who get it.

You'll sing beautiful songs from around the world (we promise — no nursery rhymes!) and experience the proven power of music to support your wellbeing, lift your mood, and help you feel more like you again.

This is your time to relax, take a breath, and just be. Whether you feel like singing along or simply listening, it’s totally up to you.

Feel free to breastfeed, pop to the loo, or take a moment whenever you need — one of our friendly team will always be nearby to help.
