Join Lorena — certified Personal Trainer and Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist — for a nurturing Pilates class designed just for mamas and their babies (from 6 weeks postpartum to pre-crawling). This class offers a gentle yet effective way to rebuild strength, improve posture, and ease tension, all while sharing special bonding moments with your baby.

Each session blends core-focused Pilates movements with baby-friendly interaction, creating a supportive space where you can move mindfully, connect with your little one, and meet other like-minded mamas.

This class is thoughtfully designed to support a safe return to postpartum exercise. It will help you with healing and restoration. Strengthen the core, pelvic floor, and overall stability — essential for recovering after birth. Special attention is given to common postpartum concerns such as diastasis recti, postural imbalances, and weakened abdominal muscles, helping mamas rebuild strength from the inside out. Whether you're newly postpartum or further along in your journey, this class meets you where you are, guiding you through exercises that support both recovery and long-term well-being.

4. Can I breastfeed or feed my baby if they get hungry during the class?
Absolutely! This is a supportive space, and you are welcome to feed your baby whenever needed.

5. Can I bring a pram along and have my baby sleep in it while I train?
Yes, you absolutely can. Just park your pram nearby and enjoy your workout while your baby rests.
