FIRST STEPS ANTENATAL & POSTNATAL

Calling all expecting parents!!

Now taking enquiries for a brand new antenatal and postnatal course starting in January. I cover all the usual antenatal topics, but what sets me apart from other providers is the extensive advice on what you may experience in the first year with your new baby. I am also available for support in your first year as new parents. Courses consist of 5 classes and will alternate between North and South Colchester locations. As a new mum myself, I can’t tell you how beneficial I found my antenatal classes. They inspired me to start running courses myself, but with the added extra of postnatal topics. I want to help new parents feel confident, and know the answers when you start to wonder ‘Are the noises in the middle of the night normal?’
