If you're struggling to get into exercise because of time, childcare or you just don't know where to begin, Fit Mum Squad is the place to be! Giving you the option to bring your babies with you, each class gives you the chance to work on the fundamentals of pre- and postnatal exercise. From understanding your pelvic floor, to strengthening your core and glutes, these interactive, community classes allow for you to mix with other like- minded mums while helping you set aside some time for you.
No Mum should feel alone or lost, so join a community and build some strength through purposeful and important movement.
