Classes and courses for mothers and babies, with deep-rooted community at their centre. All of my classes are friendly, welcoming and open to all. I offer weekly classes in Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga and Baby Massage. Plus group Hypnobirthing & Antenatal Courses run every monthly. In pregnancy from 12 weeks pregnant, And for mothers, from 6 week postnatally up to 12 months old. I also work one-to-one as a Doula and a birth trauma support practitioner
