My next 4-week block starts Monday 29th September, and I’d love for you to join us.
Take time to rest, connect with your baby, and prepare for birth in a calm and supportive space.
Each session includes:
- gentle breathwork
- deep guided relaxation
- birth prep conversation
- time to connect with other lovely mums-to-be
- drinks & snacks
- new birth affirmation each week

Ultimate Hypnobirthing Course The bees knees of birth preparation. A fully comprehensive course teaching you everything you need to know to have a truly positive, empowering birth. It includes the following: 10 hours of learning - delivered over 3-4 sessions. 6 relaxation / guided hypnosis MP3s. Hypnobirthing Client Manual. Access to our Facebook community. Investment: £299 for 1:1 / £230 for groups (both prices are per birth team) Hypnobirthing Workshop A condensed workshop suitable for anyone short on time and nearing the end of your pregnancy, or if you have done hypnobirthing before and just want a refresher. It includes the following: 3-4 hours of learning - delivered over 1-2 sessions. 3 relaxation / guided hypnosis MP3s. Hypnobirthing Client Manual. Access to our Facebook community.
