Description

Join our safe and supportive sessions run by Pregnancy specialists. Designed to take through all trimesters, strengthening and equipping you for labour and birth. Using Birthing balls, rollers and small equipment, our small classes allow us to tailor the exercises to suit your changing body and meet you at your level each session. We emphasize pelvic floor strength, core stability, and postural awareness while providing modifications to help you through each trimester.

Please bring a Mat, all other equipment is provided. ( Spare mats available if you don't yet have one!)
