Description
Our Pregnancy Reformer classes aim to make you feel safe and supported whilst strengthening and equipping you for labour and birth. Using both the Reformer and Birthing balls, our small classes allow us to tailor the exercises to suit your changing body and meet you at your level each session. We emphasize pelvic floor strength, core stability, and postural awareness while providing modifications to help you through each trimester.
Suitable for clients from 12 weeks pregnant and beyond. Please check with a healthcare professional that you are cleared to exercise prior to booking.
