Description
Weekly progressive full body post natal strength training. New mums will learn how to rebuild their core strength as well as lower and upper body strength and mobility using light weights, resistance bands and carefully selected props. Welcome for all mums whatever the stage you are postpartum. Adaptations and alternatives may be suggested to make exercises appropriate for your individual needs. Suitable for 6 weeks post vaginal birth, 8 weeks c-section.
