This seven week course will give you a complete introduction to Baby Massage; teaching you all the strokes and techniques to massage your baby, PLUS our Happy Tummy and Teething Tactics workshops (valued at £15 each) AND a years access to our online tutorial videos (valued at £30).

Completion of this course also allows you to continue onto our Massage and Movement course, which you can attend until your baby begins active crawling/moving.

Course format:

🔸️ Week 1 - Introduction, Massage for legs and feet

🔸️ Week 2 - Massage for Tummy, recap legs and feet

🔸️ Week 3 - Happy Tummy workshop exploring ways to support digestive development, which includes an extended massage and movement routine for tummy

🔸️ Week 4 - Massage for arms and chest, recap tummy, legs and feet

🔸️ Week 5 - Massage for face and back, recap the rest

🔸️ Week 6 - Teething Tactics workshop: exploring all aspects of teething and creating your own silicone bead necklace

🔸️ Week 7 - Full body massage routine, taster of Massage & Movement, certificates and photo op in our Circle of Love

The classes are a perfect way to share a special time with your baby; meet other new parents, and relax whist learning the art of baby massage and its many benefits including;
