Hi, I’m Kirsty and my mission is to help you to unlock the best version of yourself, making you feel good from the inside out.

As an EMCC accredited coach and Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor, specialising in pre and post natal pilates, I am passionate about taking a holistic approach to my work. I do not only focus on helping you build those healthy and sustainable day to day habits to support your physical health but also help you to focus on the relationship with your mind.

As a new mum or mum to be, you may be looking to reconnect with your old self, are coming to terms with a change in body image, or feeling that you are alone in this journey. I’m here to help you change that!

I provide bespoke 1-2-1 Pilates sessions in the comfort of your own home or virtually. Together, we will explore the many benefits of pilates and work towards your wellness goals.
