6 week course.
Each week fitness class circuits based starts at 0930. Learn about breathing properly (Pilates based) and moving functionally for your body during pregnancy and postnatal period. A circuit class for all abilities, Including never exercised before. Led by me a women’s specialist pt.
1015 - 1100 break, chat, tea, feed the babies.
1100-1200 - week 1, I talk about anxiety, cbt education and skills to manage.
week 2 - low mood.
week 3 - worry
week 4 - trauma
week 5 - sleep
week 6 - overall well-being
all led by me a clinical nurse specialist in mental health and a CBT and DBT therapist.
Join in for a morning of movement and meet some new mums before learning about common mental health challenges in a confidential space. No need to share, but if you feel comfortable to you can. No judgement. A learning based and skill teaching class to support you as you support your family.
You must book for the fitness class as I need you to fill in a PARQ form for fitness.
Wellness workshop is open to all, welcome to drop in just for that.
