Description

This class will be a mixture of Baby Massage and Baby Yoga.

Baby Massage is from newborn and you will only be able to participate in the yoga if your baby is 8 weeks and over.

We will build the massage up every week finishing with a full body massage you will also be shown two different yoga stretches every week.

There will be 20 minutes of baby massage 5 - 10 minutes of Baby Yoga and 30 minutes of socialising with other parents over a cuppa and biscuit.

These classes enhance the special parent-baby bond and reduces symptoms of colic, wind and constipation.

Our classes are small and cosy where parents can come together and socialise.
