Description
Join our Ab Rehab postnatal Pilates class, led by a prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist who understands what recovery really looks like after both natural birth and C-section. This class helps you safely rebuild your strength and reconnect with your body.
We meet in a private studio in Fernwood, with all equipment provided. No need to worry about childcare—you can bring your baby along and meet other mums in a relaxed, supportive environment.
The sessions focus on restoring your core, pelvic floor, glutes, thighs, and overall body through gentle, effective Pilates movements designed to help you regain confidence and feel stronger every week.
Classes run every Thursday at 9:15 AM and are booked in six-week blocks. Come as you are—this is your space to heal, strengthen, and connect.
Parking is on site and space for prams in reception area of the building.
We will be upstairs in studio two, just find a mat and make yourself comfortable.
Please bring plenty of water and anything you need for baby(ies)
All mats & equipment are provided.
Arrive no more than 15 minutes before the class incase studio is in use and no less than five minutes before we start please just so we can start on time.
