Perfect for mums ready to return to movement after their 8-10 week GP sign-off. C-section mums should be at least 10 weeks postpartum.

You may also wish to bring a blanket for your baby to lie on (yoga mat provided)
Free parking is available a short walk away at the Coppice or Co op on Strutt Street (free for 90 mins)
