READY, STEADY, GO PARENT AND TODDLER GROUP

Come along and join in with our fantastic forest school and outdoor learning activities. The group leader has a Forest School level 3 qualification. Activities that take place will include: shelter building, bug hunting, nature crafts, fire-lighting, using basic tools and much more. Sessions planned are age appropriate and encourage pre-school children and adults to have fun and learn more about the outdoor surroundings.

The site is ideal for forest school sessions. On this huge, fenced, secure site there is a fire pit with seating, a selection of trees, mini-beast habitats and plenty of room for exploration.

This half-term our activities will all be based around Fairies, Goblins and Magic! The children will be making magic wands and potions, peg fairies, mud goblins and a whole fairy village. This half-term will be MAGIC!!

There will be games to help the children develop their confidence and independence, letters from Bruce the Spruce to develop listening skills, concentration and expressive language and activities to help them use their imagination, be creative and learn more about the world around them.

If your child enjoys exploring the great outdoors, being creative and making new friends and having fun, come along and join in the outdoor fun! Refreshments are available for adults and children during the session and, most importantly, time for all to chat, play and develop new friendships.
