Description
During pregnancy and childbirth, your body undergoes many changes that can sometimes lead to issues such as an overly stressed pelvic floor, stretched abdominal muscles, or a weak lower back. With a baby in your arms and possibly a toddler to care for, finding time for rehabilitation can be challenging. This class focuses on strengthening the deep support muscles and helping them work in sync once again. We also incorporate all functional movements to challenge the body. Weights are available in this class, and using them is always an option.
Steph also offers one-on-one personal training. If these times don’t work, please inquire about personal training options to help support your body before returning to work.
Don't forget to bring a mat, some water, and a fun toy for your little one to keep them entertained while you work out! :)
