SIGNING UP FOR SEPTEMBER

Our award winning 12 week personal training program is designed to help you feel strong, healthy and confident in your postnatal body and what you can do.

During the program you'll train twice a week in a team a six mums and follow a progressive weight training program to help you rebuild your postnatal body, build new muscle and and get stronger. Your program will gradually increase in intensity every week to ensure you lift heavier and get RESULTS. ​

What you choose to do outside of the session is completely down to your individual goals and after an initial 1-2-1 consultation we'll put together a realistic and achievable program of nutrition, health and lifestyle plans that work with where you're and help you hit your goals. We'll track your progress and help you get to where you want to be with ongoing online support and weekly check-ins with your coach.

Small group personal training enables you to experience all the benefits of a personal training in a friendly an supportive team environment where you can benefit from the a community of other mums who motivate and support each other. Not only do you get an incredible training program you also get a strong support network of other like-minded women. 

Sessions take place indoors in a location on the edge of Victoria Park with plenty of space for buggies, baby gyms, rockers and a large play pen for any babies who might be on the move (or start to move).​ Sessions run from Monday - Thursday and cost £32.50 per session (25 sessions total). The cost includes all additional online training delivered via our app, consultation and weekly check-ins, nutrition program, progress assessments and all online training - see website for details).
