Description
Sweaty Mama is a low-impact, postnatal fitness class that focuses on helping new mothers regain strength and fitness. Set to music, the workout incorporates aerobic exercise, resistance training, and floor work with a strong emphasis on strengthening the core and pelvic floor. The exercises are designed to be interactive and fun for both the parent and the child, who can be held or worn in a carrier during the class.
