Focusing on rebuilding strength and healing the postnatal body in a controlled and effective way. Introducing baby to movement and massage techniques as well as relaxation techniques for both. A class you can both be actively involved in.

Please note the studio is on the first floor, only accessible by stairs. There is no space to store buggies on the ground floor therefore please bring baby in a sling/ car seat. There is a large FREE car park within 1 minutes walk.
