Whether you’re newly postpartum, navigating the challenges of pregnancy, or simply looking to build lasting strength, Solas Fitness offers safe, welcoming, and empowering classes designed with women in mind.
Our programs are carefully structured to meet you where you are. From early postnatal recovery to progressive strength training, every session is grounded in evidence-based practice and guided with care. We understand the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy, birth, and motherhood because we’ve lived them too. That’s why our classes focus not only on rebuilding your body but also on rebuilding confidence, community, and connection.
Our class offerings include:
Solas Rebuild – a 6-week program for new mums focusing on pelvic floor and core recovery.
Solas Focus – small group training for more personalised support.
Solas Empower – group classes tailored to pregnancy, helping you stay active and strong.
Solas Strength – 1:1 personal training for women at any stage.
At Solas, community is at the heart of everything we do. Classes are friendly, inclusive, and designed to fit real life, babies are always welcome, and we encourage mums to come as they are. Beyond the physical benefits, many women find our sessions give them a safe space to connect, share, and feel supported through the ups and downs of motherhood.

I’m Alyssa, founder of Solas Fitness. After experiencing the challenges of pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and postnatal depression myself, I discovered the power of strength training to rebuild both body and mind. I’m now passionate about supporting women through safe, empowering fitness at every stage of motherhood, helping them feel strong, confident, and connected.
