Description
Our Starting Solids Workshop provides you with the information you need to feel confident about introducing solids to your baby.
Over the session we will cover:
☆ Signs to know your baby is ready
☆How food compliments milk
☆Allergies and early weaning
☆Your choices - baby led/purees or a combination of the two
☆Meal ideas
☆Equipment you may need
Classes are for one or both parents & baby. Classes can be tailored to individual dietary requirements.
£30 per adult + baby or £40 for 2 adults + baby
This 2 hour workshop will help you to feel confident about introducing solids to your baby. Over the session we will cover:
Signs of readiness
How to present food - baby led, purees & mashed
How to balance milk feeds alongside meals
Allergies
Equipment
Ideal to attend when your baby is around 3-7 months.
The workshop is designed to be attended with your baby & partners/carers are also very welcome.
