Description

Parent and Baby Yoga class with elements of massage, Yoga class for both parents and baby until baby begins to be mobile, then we progress to Mountain 2 class.

Joining letter will be sent on enquiry with more details.
Short medical form to fill out for safety and gentle progression of moves.
If possible please bring a mat and blanket, any issues please let me know.
