Nü Nest baby massage class is a gentle, welcoming space for mums and their babies to slow down, connect & feel supported while enjoying a truly nourishing experience together. Room is cosy & warm, classes are small & intimate with a max of 8 mums per class. No judgement, no pressure & no expectations.

This carefully designed course offers a rich & nurturing experience for you both. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed into a cosy, beautiful setting designed to feel calm & comforting. Each session ends with half an hour to pause & breathe whilst having a biscuit with a drink made just for you.

During sessions, you will learn strokes to support relaxation, bonding, digestion, wind, constipation & overall calm. We build up on the strokes on each session allowing you to move at an easy, unhurried pace.

The course is suitable for babies from around 6 weeks to pre-crawling.

Sessions are relaxed and baby led. Babies are free to feed, be changed, cry, sleep, join in or simply watch. Handouts are provided each week, taking away any pressure to remember everything or do it all during class.

During the course, Abi from Studio Sunny Side Up will gently capture some special moments between you and your baby, creating timeless keepsakes you can treasure forever. If you prefer not to have any photos taken, that's absolutely fine too!
