Description
This is a safe & fun full-body, low-impact workout using bodyweight, bands and weights.
You'll be outdoors which is wonderful for our bodies & minds while doing the right type of exercises for your body.
Suitable for pregnant women and mums from 12 weeks postpartum.
Run by local pre- and postnatal personal trainer and health coach, Caroline Ross, of Mamaste Fitness & Wellbeing.
Bring a mat, water and suitable clothing.
