🌸 Baby & Bump Soundbath 🌸

Take a pause in your week with this gentle, soothing soundbath created especially for parents, expectant mothers, and babies from newborn up to early crawling.

You’ll be guided through an hour of deep rest, surrounded by the calming sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other harmonic instruments. The vibrations can help regulate your nervous system, ease stress and fatigue, and create a beautiful space of bonding and co-regulation with your baby.

Babies are welcome just as they are, to cry, feed, move or sleep, and you can bring anything that helps you both feel cosy, such as a blanket or pillow. Yoga mats are provided.

📍 Where: Society Room, Stanley Arts, South Norwood Hill, SE25 6AB. Accessible and pram-friendly, close to Norwood Junction station.

🎟️ Tickets: Standard £11, with low-income (£8) and supporter (£13) options available.

🌿 About the facilitator: Led by Sasha Jacques, founder of Starseed Offerings, a Master Sound Healer, yoga teacher and space-holder with 20+ years’ experience in music, movement, and wellbeing. Sasha has appeared on BBC Morning Live and teaches regularly across London and Surrey.

🍼 The Society Room is located on the right-hand side of the Stanley Arts building.
🛒 Pushchairs can be left just outside the space.
👶 Baby changing facilities are available on site.
